ServCo Pools Named 2026 Pool Builder of the Year for Tallahassee

When you’re choosing a pool builder in Tallahassee, Florida, experience, craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage a project from beginning to end all matter.

That’s why we’re proud to share some exciting news: ServCo Pools has been named the 2026 Pool Builder of the Year for Tallahassee by the Consumer Ratings Institute.

For our team, this recognition represents more than an award. It reflects over 24 years of pool-building and outdoor-living experience and our commitment to creating custom pools and backyards designed around each homeowner.

An Award-Winning Tallahassee Pool Builder

ServCo Pools is a licensed and insured pool, spa, and outdoor-living contractor based in Tallahassee and serving communities throughout the surrounding area.

Our approach has always been about more than simply building a swimming pool.

We help homeowners create complete outdoor environments by bringing together the pool, spa, decking, screen enclosure, equipment, water features, entertainment areas, and other elements into one cohesive design.

From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our goal is to make sure the finished backyard reflects the homeowner’s property, lifestyle, vision, and budget.

What Makes a Great Pool Builder?

Choosing the right contractor for a new pool is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during the project.

A beautiful rendering is only the beginning.

A successful pool project also requires careful planning, permitting, construction management, equipment selection, communication, and the ability to solve unexpected challenges that can arise during construction.

At ServCo Pools, our team remains involved throughout the process—from initial design and permitting through construction, equipment startup, and the final walkthrough.

That hands-on approach becomes particularly important when a property presents challenges such as difficult site conditions, groundwater concerns, or unique backyard layouts.

Start With a Complimentary 3D Pool Design

It’s much easier to imagine your new backyard when you can actually see it.

ServCo Pools offers homeowners a complimentary 3D pool design and project quote, providing an opportunity to visualize the proposed swimming pool and surrounding outdoor environment before construction begins.

The design process can incorporate features such as:

• Custom swimming pools

• Integrated spas

• Sun shelves and tanning ledges

• Waterfalls and water features

• LED pool lighting

• Pool automation

• Decking and coping

• Screen enclosures

• Outdoor entertainment areas

• Modern pool equipment

• Complete outdoor-living environments

Rather than treating each feature as a separate project, they can be planned together to create a backyard that looks and functions as one complete space.

More Than 24 Years of Pool-Building Experience

Experience matters when you’re making a major investment in your home.

ServCo Pools brings more than 24 years of pool-building and outdoor-living experience to projects throughout the Tallahassee area.

That experience helps our team look beyond how a pool will appear when it’s completed and consider how the entire project will function—from equipment and water circulation to decking, outdoor living, drainage, access, and the unique conditions of the property.

Every backyard is different, and every homeowner has a different vision.

That’s why we believe custom pool building should actually be custom.

4.9 Stars Across More Than 100 Customer Reviews

Awards are exciting, but the experiences of homeowners are equally important.

As reported when the Pool Builder of the Year recognition was announced, ServCo Pools held a 4.9-star overall rating across 103 customer reviews as of August 25, 2026.

We’re grateful to the homeowners who have trusted our team with their backyards and taken the time to share their experiences.

That customer feedback—and the relationships behind it—continues to be one of the most meaningful measures of our work.

Building More Than a Swimming Pool

Today’s homeowners often want more than a traditional backyard pool.

They want an outdoor destination.

That might include a raised spa spilling into the pool, a sun shelf with in-water loungers, dramatic waterfalls, LED lighting, fire and water features, an outdoor kitchen, entertainment space, or smart pool automation.

The advantage of planning these features during a new pool build is that the entire backyard can be designed together.

Instead of adding disconnected features later, the pool, hardscape, equipment, lighting, landscaping, and entertainment spaces can complement one another from the beginning.

Thinking About Remodeling Your Existing Pool?

ServCo Pools can also help homeowners explore ways to update an existing swimming pool.

Depending on the pool and project, remodeling may include new finishes, tile, coping, decking, lighting, water features, equipment, automation, or more extensive changes.

If your existing pool looks dated or no longer fits the way you use your backyard, a professional evaluation can help determine what’s possible.

Why Tallahassee Homeowners Choose ServCo Pools

A pool is a significant investment, and choosing a builder shouldn’t be based on price alone.

Homeowners should consider the builder’s experience, licensing and insurance, design capabilities, construction process, communication, customer feedback, and ability to manage the entire project.

For ServCo Pools, being named 2026 Pool Builder of the Year for Tallahassee is another milestone in a history that spans more than two decades of pool building and outdoor-living projects.

But our focus remains the same: listen carefully, design intentionally, build responsibly, and stay involved throughout the project.
